how can I get my viewing screen back to normal?

Simple query. I am not sure what I did (in pic) but usually my workscreen in the middle does not have the 10:13 box around it. Any way I can remove this so its just back to a normal default workscreen? ty.

    You can change it under Render Settings:

    Click on the pane options (the little icon to the right of "Perspective View") and switch off Show Aspect Frame.
