Controllable Dynamic Cloak for DAZ Studio

I just bought this item the other day when it was in Fast Grab.  By the looks of it, i did not need anything else to make it work.  No Required items listed anyways.  Says it has control handles and hooks.  But I can't seem  to make it move/drape right.  I am using the basic dynamic cloth tools that come with Studio *I am using the lastet Studio*.  Does this product require the Dynamic Clothing Control plug in to work?

    Because of when this came out your going to look in the poser format files. I props look for an Optitex file. There will be a cloak file in there and then in that you will see the clasps and the control prop. Your going to want to load that before you start your drape. Then go to about 15 on the time line and pull that control where you want the cloak to move to. You may have to give it a couple of tries to get a feel for it.
