I'm pretty sure it's Top of the World by bitwelder.

Agreed with Knittingmommy. It's Top of the World. The skydomw won't work in Iray, but there are plenty of available substitutes. The base shaders look pretty good in Iray with just the Daz Uber Iray shader.
