Parkside Loading Bay Clean is a throwback to better times for the building. It's original look is a great companion to the grungier original and can be used for before/after shots, or simply as a contemporary interior.
Also included are the Iray and 3Delight scene files as used in the promo artwork. As it is a texture addon the original Parkside Loading Bay is required for use.
Poser and Daz Studio compatible.
