IDL LIGHTING RIG is by far the best lighting product I have created for Poser since IDL STUDIO...!!!

This is like being a virtual professional photographer. Be it glamor, fashion or high-end portraiture, IDL LIGHTING RIG will supply you with all of the tools that you need to fulfill your artistic inspirational rendering needs...!

IDL LIGHTING RIG loads as one complete set and is ready to use. There is no need to load any lights or backdrops. All you need to do is create your scene, switch on the lights you wish to use and click render. However the lights are all included as separate files if you wish to use them in other scenes.

The center piece of the rig is the 'PARABOLIC REFLECTING LIGHT'. This is similar to a big umbrella light that you see in photographic studios. It moves and rotates via a sphere that you can position anywhere in the set and is easily pointed at you subject with the pointer bar that protrudes from it's base. Carefully crafted materials are supplied and loaded onto the parabolic light. A very bright spotlight is directed into the umbrella and reflected back at you scene giving it an excellent and realistic ambiance.

The studio backdrop is loaded with materials and has five parented background lights that can project any of the supplied projector images onto the background. The combinations of these projection FX are endless and you can easily load your own images too.

IDL LIGHTING RIG also comes equipped with two rim lights and two edge lights to enhance that professional look by giving your subject a very cool rim of light.

As a special free bonus I have included three shader materials that you can load onto the eyes of V4. These will give totally realistic reflections and specularity in the eyes of your figure. They will reflect anything between the figure and the lights, even strands of hair and eyelashes...
