products has disappeared from content library

IM says there are only a few things installed, daz central shows all of the many items are still installed, I have restarted

 

also there is no choice for charecters under people-g8f, there are clothers there, when g8f is clicked there are no icons to choose the g8f figure

i thought g9f was istalled and maybe version 4.21 but stil lsays 4.20

I think the Victoria 9 pre-sales bonus was going on right up until Victoria 9 was released today.  Apparently Daz is rolling out the delivery of V9 products in batches, so you should probably receive it soon.  Make sure you search for Voss Hair for Genesis 9 in your DIM or Daz Central to see if it's there.  Otherwise, if you don't see it in a day or two, you can open a support ticket and the Daz sales team will make sure you get your bonus item.

Edit-1:13PM CST- I now have them all. The images on my Product Library page all show now, so I went to look inside my DIM and they are all there to download. DIM is a bit wonky tho, the filter isnt working properly..when I choose Recent Purchases First, the products show up in alphabetical order so  you got to search out the products to download.

Sort order is based on the data provided by the store.

I always sort by order date in Daz Central to help with installation. However, something is still messed up with the database.. A bunch of things I purchased in the past now show as 10.19.2022 for the order date. I have "316" items I purchased today according to Daz Central.. really? It wasn't like that until Victoria 9 showed up in my products list..

In fact if I go in my product library on the website instead, all of those random ones show up as "Order: Manually Added" - database manipulations gone wrong?  Poduct normally show my order ID in there..

Some of the basic V9 items just popped into my Daz Central downloader, BUT it looks like most of the stuff is avaiavble in the DAZ Install manager.  Those that pre-ordered might want to check that out.

It took a while for me, but they eventually all appeared. I think they're running some kind of script on our accounts.

A side-effect for me was, that now all of my products show up in Daz Central with a purchase date of 19.10.2022. Not the biggest problem in the world, but still slightly annoying. For sorting etc.

It won't be - I don't think that would be possible in any event. But some people are getting the files and some are not, Daz is aware of and working on the issue.

Not just you...it is an issue for some people who've posted in other threads

I filed a ticket when I figured out what was going on...Daz always comes through in the end so I'm not worried

I can still mess around with the base G9 figure and see what from G8 works on it

I preordered the Vic 9 bundle in September, now I am seeing all the bundle products and the two freebies (voss hair / bikini) show up in DAZ central.  Have downloaded as of 11:00 AM (Mountain Time).  Going to open up the app and see if it works.

Oddly, in DAZ Central, it reset the order date for a significant portion of my library to today (19 OCT), so I had to use two different filters to find everything.  Use 'genesis 9' filter in Daz Central for some items, and 'Victoria 9' filter for the others.  Confusing, but it all seems to be there.

Woke up early this morning to play with the new figure before work, and it wasn't appearing in DIM or Daz Central. It looks as if the problem still has not been resolved? :( Well, at least I know that pre-ordering from Daz isn't a good idea now. Never making that mistake again. Really big "we already have your money, so get to the back of the line" energy.

Same, I preordered the Victoria 9 bundle and this is in Purchased status in the store but DAZ Central doesn't show. And the preorder bonuses are missing too, they are purcheable...

I did a pre order for Vic 9 and was excited to see the release today, but although the pre order is listed on my Daz products page, the items aren't appearing for download on Daz Central or DIM. Neither are the individual items listed as purchased on the various catalogue pages. Any idea when we might actually get the stuff we've bought?

Looks like that's an issue for all of us pre orders then. The pre order is listed on my product assests page on the daz site but the individual components are listed as not purchased. And of course, nothing is listed as available for download on Daz Central.

I have a receipt that affirms that yes, I bought these products, and yes, Paypal sent me a receipt for $78 too.

It's not in my DIM. It's not in Smart Content. It's not in Daz Central. When I tried to download from the website, it shows files, but when I click on them, it spins endlessly.

The pro bundle on the store site says that YES, I do own it. Only thing is, NONE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE PRO BUNDLE ON THE STORE SITE SAY I PURCHASED THEM.

I filled out a support ticket. Let's hope that THIS time at least, they actually answer, unlike the ringing silence I've been getting for the past year.

This is really bad look for Daz3d as a company, they should have been sure to have all the preorder downloads ready to launch BEFORE launching for purchase to the store. If you preordered you should NOT be stuck unable to get the items you paid for with no recourse other than Daz3d slow ticket system.

Whatever the reason, the presales bundle content just isn't there. The Starter Essentials got assigned correctly and could be downloaded - they're for free and in the shop now. 

Do i understand this right? Those who preordered don't have Victoria 9 HD content but those who buy now have? That would be bugs then.

If just no one has Victoria 9 yet, i'd put that under hiccough, or maybe it's even smart to first iron out bugs of the general package, then start the specialized one. Though with ordinary sales being up, that doesn't appear to be the strategy at all...

 

Preorders do not seem to have been allocated yet but buying now will give you access to the files. I guess it's a manual process, or button press, that needs to happen DAZ side to add the items to our available items/DIM. Waiting patiently for that to happen.

If you shop here and don't expect things like this and get worked up about it you are going to shave years off your life with stress.

I have purchased the preorder-bundle and can't download the items either. When I try to 'purchase' the items separate, as you suggested, it wants me to pay them separate. So, at least for me, your idea doesn't work.

 

 What I meant was new purchasers can buy them and get them now, preorder people will have to wait for them to be added to their accounts not buy them again.

An update for Genesis 9 Starter Essentials is available. (My DAZ Central is downloading it right now.) Maybe it will fix the problems with the eyebrows.
