Genesis Beard like morph
Good morning everyone, I would like to ask for some help: the product "Classical Morphing Bust HD" allows you to apply a morph to create the beard and hair. I'm wondering if there's a similar product for figures, like Genesis Male 8. Or how can I transfer this morph to Genesis 8. Is it possible? Also, how could I create it with Zbrush? In other words, create a morph for Genesis 8 that adds the beard. Thank you all
FaceTransferUnlimited: Can'tSendParticular Character Only!Hi I'm back. Still not working. I was using Daz 4.21 before . Now I'm using 4.22 i still can't do it and it's Bruce Lee face transfer unlimited( 2019). All the others can be sent with Daz to Unity Bridge except Bruce Lee. I have tried Face Transfer with different pictures of Bruce Lee. And just the Bruce Lee doesn't work with DTU Bridge. All the others transfer fine.
Maybe there's a rule or something in the software that does not allow Bruce Lee? or something?
It may happen with other people too but so far i've tried Morgan freeman ( fine), various presidents( fine). All could be sent to unity with Official DTU bridge latest version. Just Bruce Lee can't and it crashes my PC. When i look at the Task Manager when doing a DTU bridge transfer and it can't even begin..but the Power Usage is really high. It's strange. Again only Face transfer unlimited characters where i use Bruce Lee pictures.
Transfer Utility errorI know to click the Reverse. On both the Transfer Utility and for a Morph Target. I thought I'd be clever and just load a morph target of the pre-rigged OBJ, and that worked. Until i moved the model.
FaceTransferUnlimited makes characters body skin too dark, can you do anything about that?You might try reducing the value in the translucency channel, (under the surfaces tab) that can be hit or miss though.
I have never used face transfer, so bare that in mind. I am assuming that there must be images created that are used by the UVs of the character. If you can find those images it is a pretty simple process to lighten them in a editing program such as GIMP. You will need to lighten both the diffuse and translucency images for best results. Converting Version 4 figures to GenesisThere is actually still plenty of v4/m4 stuff available here and other places. If you have a lot, it may not show up in the store unless you uncheck "hide items I own." Clones will allow you to use v4/m4 clothing on Genesis figures and you can use https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-generation-x2 to transfer morphs and various legacy uv products from https://www.daz3d.com/cayman-studios to use v4/m4 skins on later generation characters.
Transfer Utility errorSo the clothing was made on a non Base figure and, with Transfer Utility, you chose "Current" from Source - Item Shape and ticked "Reverse Source Shape from Target", but the rigging result was still wrong ?
Genesis 9 Eye shut weirdYou don't need to learn how to add bones to fix it... just follow what Ninefold suggested to check if there's any corrective properties unexpectly dialed, with Show Hidden Properties by the way. It seems an issue coming from some morph dials (with wrong setup of 2nd stage control...) rather than joints or rigging...
Besides, joints on G9 have been optimized. As for such a case of eyelids control, two bones on upper / lower eyelid are enough for human figures.
Transfer Utility error[Transfer Utility is] It's causing the clothing OBJ to rise up after the transfer, even after playing with all of the "Current" and "Default" settings for both the Source and the Target. I even used it on older characters that were previously successful. Something appears to be broken in both Daz Studion 4.22.0.15 and .16.
Genesis 9 Eye shut weirdThis could also be the opposite thing, which is a corrective morph for a specific character which is activating when it shouldn't. A lot of G9 characters seem to have this problem. So if this isn't a character you exported and then reimported as a new morph, the thing I would recommend is going through the "currently used" dials in the parameters tab and looking for dials with "blink" and the name of a character who isn't currently activated in their names. If you find any of those, try turning them down to zero.

Genesis 9 Eye shut weirdSince it's an issue with a particular piece of content rather than the Daz Studio application it is better in Technical Help, to which i have moved it.
That looks as if there is a morph chnaging the eye shape which lacks, or has lost, the corrective morph that fires when the eyes are closed and the morph is applied. That may be an issue with one of the shapes you have applied, or it may be that you have exported a figure with multiple morphs applied and imported as a new morph, to back them to a single property, which breaks all kinds of adjustments and is therefore not recommended.

The converted character looks vaguely reminiscent of the V3 character, but that's the best I can say for it. It's possible to load all the Generation 3 characters into a TriAx version of V3 with Morph Loader Advanced or Morph Loader Pro via Obj files, and they appear as morphs. Doing this V3 can morph into M3, GV3, GND2, A3, IV, GV3, H3, F3, SP3 and She Freak 3 and any other Generation 3 Unimesh character with ease. However, morphs included only in the separate GV3 CR2 file also get cluttered up with the GV3 shape when trying to make something like 'Breasts AA Cup' work with vanilla V3. So, if you dial in 'Slender' and 'Breasts AA Cup', the GV3 body morph is applied once with the slender morph, and a second time with the AA Cup morph, and things go a bit weird. Been trying to get it to work as a TriAx character, and have been struggling a bit to get the other V3 obj files in and work the morphs properly. Not sure why. Think I may have to write a little program to transfer the shaping morphs I want from a GV3 base obj file to a V3 base obj file. That way I'll be able to get the GV3 specific morphs to act as deltas on the V3 base without messing up other features. At the moment mixing two GV3 based morphs doubles up on the GV3 body morph, and it doesn't look good!
Anyway, for fun just got a TriAx GV3 image with a G8F cocktail dress. I bought SickelYield's G8F V3 clothing autofit clone and used Catherine's tutorial on G9-G8F clone creation to go create a G8F->V3 one that's a bit better than my V3 pose clone. That helps fit the dress more easily.

FaceTransferUnlimited makes characters body skin too dark, can you do anything about that?I use face transfer unlimited from 2019 i think it is. I'm not using the newest Face Transfer 2 or 3.
While it is great and put the face of the picture on the character, one thing i notice is The body skin become really dark. What if your character is not dark skinned? Can anything be done? I tried applying a regular daz character body mat of a lighter skinned character but that also changed the head/face mat and it erased the photo applied to the head.
Anybody know how to make your characters skin lighter if your characters skin are not supposed to be dark?

In Daz i create characters with Face transfer than use DTU(Daz to Unity Bridge) to send them to my Unity project and most send fine Except this one using a photo of Bruce lee. I decided to see if it was the body morph or any morphs i was applying extra but i removed them all and still when i send it
I takes a long time just saying Updating or something in unity like nonending and then it crashes my Windows 10 system.
And it's funny cause the pictures i use for the ones that work are the same about the same. about the same size and everything. So why is the Bruce Lee one specifically, not working? and making my system crash?
Anybody have a clue?
PS. When sending from Daz to Unity via the bridge I include the same morphs on the ones that work and in the one that is not working: Phoeneme morphs for Speech lipsynch and then facial expressions.
