  • When did my gallery start publishing my email address?

I'll admit to not being horribly active here for a while, but serioulsy: you publish my email address? It used to be my forum user name or something... now its got MY EMAIL ADDRESS PLASTERED ALL OVER IT! And I don't see a way to fix that. So I guess I'll be dumping my gallery?

Jesus! Its even my forum user name? Did someone take offense to my user name and change it without checking with me or notifying me?

  • Released dForce Space Buns Hair for Genesis 9

@chevybabe25, I am not positive, but I think I saw a hairstyle like that from the Regency Period when I was searching for a request in the Product Suggestion Forum. I wasn't able to find a match to a hair in DAZ, but now we will have one that is dead on. And with variations! Thank you. Money reserved.

Ah, been looking for one of those.  Too bad they're listed as "not available".  Oh well, no need for a DeLorean now either.frown

...wonder if it will work with a Cybertruck as those have a stainless steel body as well  Should also be able to hold several Mr. Fusions™ in the back.

Ford made a few stainless steel cars too, back in the last century.  https://www.foxnews.com/auto/rare-stainless-steel-ford-lincoln-sale

I actually saw one of the three '67 stainless steel Lincoln Continentals ever produced, at a Lincoln convention in Williamsburg, VA.  At the time, early '90s, we had a '66 Lincoln Continental (suicide doors) and felt right at home among the hundreds of old Lincolns.  If you're going to time travel, do it in spacious comfort with a mid 20th century Lincoln.enlightened

Note:  We sold our '66 Lincoln to a museum in Arizona where it will live out its life in dry heat.

Byunyip02, some great entries. I specifically like the eyes very much.

Fetbemme, Welcome (or welcome back?) to the forum. Very nice work with these planetcity-like objects. And thanks for the comment.

Two more shiny sphere renders from me. Just because I like this challenge. In the first one, there is a ramp with a partly transparent and partly reflective material, a lighthouse and a lightbeam effect (from David B). The second one has the same spheres, but with all the same texture now and a very different light set up.

    Thanks !!!

    Nice orbs !!!

"God of the Sea" wasn't by Sickleyield, it was by EmmaAndJordi. They closed their Daz storefront some time ago. If you search for "god of the sea" and "emmaandjordi" (WITH quotation marks), you should be able to find it.

Oddly, the old (VERY old) sale page for the product is still on the Daz servers. I thought they deleted all those.(It comes up in the search results.)

do you have a link you can send me? I tried your method and can't find it

Since you asked directly, I'm allowed to post the link: https://emmaandjordi.gumroad.com/

I'm getting a weird sort order on the shop pages today. It seems random?

This is what I see with sort order "New Arrivals" OR "Most Popular" OR "Trending Now" (i.e. exactly the same list). Sort by price in either direction seems to work, but there's no way I can see the most recent items.

Try toggling one of the 3 filters (Already owned, Daz+, Bundles) on and off and refresh and see if that will change it. I know it sounds weird but I've been haveing some sort issues and that has been works for me sometimes. It espesially happens when I sort by price. I'll have to toggle through the price options or relevence filter to get it to show the right way. I've just never seen anyone complain about it doing it to them. I thought it was me.

Yeah, I tried toggling and refreshing several times and it made no difference. Then I went for dinner and came back and it was still wrong. Then sudddenly I followed a link to a product from a forum thread, clicked on the PA name then the Shop "tab" at the top and suddenly it's sorted itself out - I have no idea why! I'll just keep my fingers crossed that it stays this way.

Thanks to all who responded, by the way yes

There was a GI Joe week? What were the products?

I tried Forum-searching GI Joe earlier; nothing came up when I entered "GI Joe" and when I just entered "Joe"...well, one can imagine. But it did lead me here so I guess that's something.

There was a week (or two?) with a whole lot of military-themed items. None of them were labeled GI Joe but I'd guess that was what OP was referring to.

After installing postgreSQL, the folder / files of ContentCluster should be well created.

You should search "ContentCluster" in Users folder on your C drive. See if it locates in the folder of another Windows account, or somewhere...

I checked the ContentCluster folder in C: and I don't have

    I tried to reinstall DIM

But there is still no folder

A video on the subject by someone who will explain it better than I did:

    --<snip snip>--

I finally got a chance to sit down and watch these, and... wow. Game changer. Thank you so much. They were very easy to follow & understand, and didn't drag on endlessly, which has been a difficult thing for me to find in tutorials. (Also, not even knowing what to put in the search box because I'm still learning the terminology probably doesn't help.)

Hope I can pay it forward someday to some future confused rookie. :)

  • Was "Show Asset in Mapped Folder" Removed from Content Library Search Results?

If you search or filter in Smart Content, it always shows "...Mapped Folder" but if you do so in Content Library, it always shows "...Virtual Folder".

  • Was "Show Asset in Mapped Folder" Removed from Content Library Search Results?

When I ran a search in the Content Library tab, I used to be able to right-click on one of the search results and select "Show Asset in: Mapped folder" and go directly to the location of that product in the library. That option no longer shows up; now "Show Asset" options only list Smart Content, Virtual Folder, and Products.

Was that option removed in 4.22? I finally upgraded a couple days ago.

If I right-click on items on the Smart Content tab, I do get the option to "Show Asset in: Content Library > Mapped Folder". So, I can select "Show Asset in: Smart Content > Files" to go to the item on the Smart Tab, then select "Show Asset in: Content Library > Mapped Folder" to reach the directory, but it is annoying to have to use two steps to accomplish what I used to be able to do in one step.

So, was the option actually removed, or am I missing something?

To me she looks a little like Joey King, but then again..that's just me!

Too short for Melissa Barrera, too tall for Joey King. StarByFace says Priyanka Chopra is the best resemblance (and I can see it), and the quoted height is pretty close. So ... maybe?

For me and after a quick google search, it looks like Emily Ratajkowsky in Welcome Home (2018) , same character name

    Yeah, that seems to fit!

  • Thyme?

Sketchfab is a great place to look for unusual models. If you can think of it, someone has had a go at it.

    https://sketchfab.com/search?features=downloadable&q=thyme&type=models

Two I looked at are .fbx which doesn't, in my experience anyway, play that nicely with Studio on import so you may have to use Blender et.al. as an intermediate stage. The other is a native .blend file.

Check the licenses before you grab anything but 99.9% of items there are CC-Attribution. Some assembly required!
