I put in for a refund for my entire order of old products bought tonight - not one single item appeared in my dim and from the looks of it the only options being offered to download is central and or manual zip both which don't use actually one is zip only though on their pages dim is listed

That's weird, the large purchase of older items I made a few hours ago are all showing up in DIM.

tried several times without any luck, not been having a lot of luck lately with purchases had a lot of stuff not showing up in right locations or missiing files or other problems these were new releases too but tonight bought bunch of pretty old I think content well other add on content poses I didn't get are from the Michael/Vicky 4 days

Did your products ever show up in DIM? I just made a purchase about 10 minutes ago and none of the purchased products from that lastest order are showing up in DIM for me.

Daz install manager and Daz Central won't show me any new purchases I buy in the store now.

Anyone else having this problem?

and the Tara for Genesis 8 download just sits there and will not download either.

I bought about six of Rons brushes sets including one that had some daz content and they will not show in the DM and neither did the Anime Manga Enthusiast Bundle i just bought. I uninstalled DazCentral and DM and reinstalled them to no avail. 

They show in my purchased list in my account but they will not show up in the DM or Daz Central... :(

Just for the record, I just placed an order for 2 items from the 50% off sale ( Mesh grabber rotations add on & Dial control) they both showed up 50 % off in my cart, added my monthly PA coupon which took off the 6.00$ checked out using store credit, processed instantly and shows up in DIM for download with no issues. Just downloaded and installed Dial control smoothly.

I had no issues with my sale, but Mesh grabber shows no info in my Product library other than the blib about using Daz Central which I have no use for and refuse to test considering the numerous issues others have had with it,

@Kharma, There was some odd issue with the Addon that for some reason requires the DIM installer. It's on Daz's end, and nothing the PA can do. Did you download and install the Addon via DIM? If so, you should be good to go, (assuming you already have Mesh Grabber, of course!) The Rotations Addon adds functionality to the existing Mesh Grabber, so you won't see another tool, but you will see addtional options in the Tool Settings tab. The Addon also requires the latest version of Mesh Grabber, so you may need to update that, if you haven't already.

If you can't seem to download and install the Addon, the PA may be able to help. You can get help, and more info from the commercial thread for the Mesh Grabber Rotations Addon here, (if you need the link.)

@LAdair I was able to download and install both items I bought without issue, what wasn't showing in my product library was the usual info regarding the items such as purchase date etc, now all it shows is the info about using Daz central. I wasn't happy about the l missing information we have become accustomed to seeing in our product library

If you look at the product icon in the products tab of Smart Content a DIM (or Daz Central) install will be in colour but will have a solid triangle in a circle at top-right, and if you right-click on it you will see the Install option; If there is no triangle, and right-click has an uninstall option, it was a Connect install.

Happening to me too but I discovered a trick 

Go to smart content and you'll see its picture in black and white, right click and click install and hope it goes to the drive you want 

I still can't find measure metrics even after searching it under all products so it's not working for everything

What you just did is install the product with Daz Connect. It will go into a completely different folder structure than folders used by DIM.

Connect has nothing to do with my disdain for Daz Central, which is totally due to the horror stories of its victims.

Although incompetence would appropriately explain the removal of this information, its replacement with Daz Central ads does seem to bode an agenda. But it's OK. I'm always looking for ways/excuses to trim my 3D budget.

Neither Daz Central or DIM are working for me.....got a whole bunch of items to purchase, but luckily I only purchased two, nothing showed up yet. 

Yeah, same here picked up some stuff today and although it shows in the product library it doesn't appear in either the Install Manager or Daz Central.

NAS = Network Attached Storage

In simplest terms its a computer that is filled with storage that is configured to act as storage to other devices on the network. It appears to my desktop simply as my D drive. It acts as a DVR for my TV, and my tablet and phone, and is otherwise the central storage device for all of my and my wife's data. All of our music, photos, movies etc. are there. It's just one device that needs to be backed up. It has greatly simplified that part of my life.

To get so much storage to look like one drive I use RAID, in this case RAID 10. I bought 8 refurbed 4Tb drives since I'm not worried about drives failures as I do backups and can withstand a single drive failure.

Add me to the list. Products do not appear in DIM or Central. Had trouble at the checkout as well today. Plus Central wouldn't update, had to manually download. 

I've submitted 3 tickets this week due to issues with DIM and my PC+ account vanishing.

Try Daz Studio > Smart Content  (Product> All product selected in the tabs)  > you will have Available products at the button of the window. 

  If DIM and DAZ Central fails, this still works. XP

ps: Don't forget to set it back to installed after you finished or you will be searching for your product, where have they gone missing. :)

I was thinking I had been careful not to download it, but when checking DIM, I couldn't get anything to come up. I was concerned I might have downloaded it if it were hiding under an ambiguous name. Especially now that it's being shoved in our faces so much.

Looking at the sales thread, everybody is having trouble with DIM at the moment - and you still have to go to a separate page to download Daz Central; the Central links on the order page and in the product library link to that page, they don't immediately download or install anything, there are still extra steps after that.

One tricky link, especially if you're used to the 'download all' button at Rendo, is on the order page. Under 'download entire order', the Download and install-link goes to the Daz Central page.

Yeah managed to order the things I wanted, but having to manually download them as DiM is throwing up download failed now.. Just not my day today.. lol
