There is documentaion with the installer, it is in the Docs folder, and it is called HexagonManualUS_Web.pdf

There was also a link to a tutorial manual and downloadable video clips for the user manual, but I'm not sure if it is still available or not. There are loads of tutorials on the GeekAtPlay website as well. I will see if I can find you links.
Modelling hair is not a simple process, and I don't know of any tutorials for that specifically.

ooops! I forgot to mention that the Superman figure is actually Michael 4 with Morphs++. The figure on the ground is Michael 3. Sorry 'bout that.

As most of you probably already know by now, I am in the process of raising a little hell to ensure that DAZ 3D gives unto us a 5th Generation Iconic Shape for David. I have already created awareness of this in my General Gen 5 Iconic Character Thread, but this definitely requires to have its own spotlight if this enough attention and be even remotely effective.

As all of us who work with 3D human characters should know, David is a Millennium Male and complimentary brother figure to DAZ’s famous leading male model, Michael in the equivalent regard to the way Stephanie’s petite frame is to Victoria. Created by DAZ Community legend, MallenLane, in Generation 3 for DAZ Studio, David is a lean, pectoral “Real World” male as an alternative to the idealized, or rather, stocky structure to Michael. However, despite his well-positive reception and content support, David, like certain other figures by MallenLane, was not crossed over to Generation 4; this was all especially despite the fact that DAZ officials themselves promised such updates of the full Millennium Family roster. The cruel wound of disappointment was salted when Stephanie 4 was revealed as an Elite character for Victoria 4 with extra proportional parameters and unimesh support, including that of a teenager, yet this treatment would be deprived from the male side. It was eventually explained by both DAZ team members and MallenLane himself that the reason why there was no David 4 was due to personal feelings that Michael 4 had enough intermediate support that such a figure was not necessary.

Now that the latest version of Stephanie is upon us with the technological advancement of Genesis, the time has come to remind DAZ that, because of this very fact, is why it is more important now than ever that Genesis really does need to have as much option and versatility as possible. Not only that, but with DAZ's new DSON Importer to Poser, this scenario has become relevant to the SmithMicro Community interested in investing in Genesis/Generation 5.

This is why I humbly ask as many of you as I can to participate in this demand and sign the following petition I constructed to help get DAZ to comply with this request. All signatures, from what I understand from Change.Org, the host of the petition generator used, are secure:

I'm guessing you're talking about the "Genesis Creature Creator Heads"? There are no horn figures or props in that package, only horn base morphs. You'll need something like "Victoria 4.2 Creature Creator Add Ons" or "Michael 4 Creature Creator Add Ons" (or whatever horn figure/prop you prefer). I'm still waiting for a "Genesis Horn" item, myself...

I finally got around to purchasing the V4/M4 Shapes for Genesis. Dialing Victoria 4's shape into Genesis works perfectly as far as I'm concerned; but when I dial M4's head shape to 100% on Genesis, it seems wonky. The eyes & brow just don't look like Michael 4's.

Attached is a screen shot showing an unaltered M4 & Genesis with the M4 head shape set to 100%. Genesis gets droopy eyes & the brow looks hideous.

I haven't installed DS4.5 yet because I'm not sure I got a complete download on it since it only came up to 129mb upon finishing the download; the Genesis Starter Essentials 1.3 was 420mb & it just didn't seem right. (Anyhoo, that's beside the point.) I'm running DS4.0.3.47 on Win7 64

Do I need to go up to the DS4.5 or is this because I don't yet have Generation X to transfer the legacy morphs?

I THINK, not sure, I got some of the Gen4 people for free on launch.
I always bought the ProPacks, so I was spending money, but I always picked up the free ones when they came out.

Michael 4 would appear in the content Library pane under Poser Formats>My Library>Figures>DAZ People. However, there is no need to install twice (once for Poser, once for DS) - just right-click on Poser Formats in the content Library pane and add the folders you've added to Poser as Runtimes for DS (select the folder that holds the Runtime folder).

Hello,

I can't get Michael 4 to function properly in Daz3d. I am coming from Poser. When I run the setup, it says "..My library" is where it will be installed. There are no errors reported.But it installs M4 in "..My Library/Runtime." When I use Daz Studio, Micheal 4 doesn't show up under People or Characters. BTW, I am running Vista 64bit.
