West Park Ward Iray Add On isn't showing in DIM. 

I've just noticed on the product page it's saying "daz central" only as the install type and there's no "install manager ready" files on my order page. 

Just looked and it has now been fixed

Weird, I am now getting a note that I can get Elysium for free if I add a PC+ membership. My membership expires in July 2021, so a PC+ discount should apply. Plus, my unused monthly coupon is gone (the used one is still in my PC+ account info, with the usual note that it has been used). Plus, the membership is marked as Active.

So, no shopping today.....

Your forum profile doesn't list you as PC member. That and the "one coupon only on the membership page" make me think you've been somehow set into the old Platinum Club, not PC+ (that has happened to some people before). You'll need to open a support ticket to get that fixed.

My account also now shows a button "Convert to PC+ Membership", which was not there before. I opened up a ticket already, but given the time difference between Central European Time and US Mountain Time, I am not very confident that this will be solved soon... Sad, I was prepared to spend quite a bit of my sore credit today.

Yeh, it looks like you are a victum of the occasional bug that converts PC+ membership to the old, now defunct PC membership.

In regards to missing some sales keep track of what you want and submit a ticket to CS pointing out that you missed them because of your erronous PC status. CS is very helpful and it is probable that they will help you out.

I purchased West Park Ward Iray Addon and it does not show up in my Daz Central to be installed.

Whats happening ?

Of course, it is the one product that I wanted to play with tonight LOL. 

The other west park iray product is fine, it's just the ward one - should I do a ticket, or just leave it for Jen?

Ah so the installers are AWOL.. that's sadly one for Jen.. but it will be up in 4ish hours..

To move the application you will need to uninstall and reisntall it, and any plug-ins or other add-ons that isntall like software. Content you can do the same, and if you installed through DIM or Daz Central it's best to do so (you can, in DIM, edit the paths in the advanced settings then select everything in the Installed tab, right-click, and choose the option to reinstall using the current path. However you move the content you will need to tell DS where to look now - Edit>Preferences>Content tab>Content Directory Manager.

Such a unique character!  Comes complete with a full set of Maps that are inactive, three skin SSS settings, three translucencies...and NOTHING ELSE!  If you're looking for a character unlike the rest of the gals in your creative stable, look no further than this stripped-down Norse maiden!

Hey, you don't suppose this has anything to do with using Daz Central instead of DIM, does it?  I only ask because I've had problems with Daz Central from time to time that I never had with DIM.  Probably just me.

Funny thing I just learned about Daz Central: you can't download Poser files with it. Sooooo on a Product Library Page for a Poser product there is that prominent "Don't have Daz Central, Install Daz Central" for product where Daz Central doesn't work. LOL

File type still says "Daz Studio" for everything including Bryce files.

Inactive products still have no Readme or Product page information.

So had a negative experience with buying older Poser stuff.  DAZ Central is what my Product LIbrary is telling me to use to download them.  NOPE.  Unless there is a way to add a Poser label to the left side panel there is no way to download from there.  What I ended up doing was enabeling Poser in the DIM and got the files that way.  Very annoying DAZ!  Why would they direct me to install DAZCentral to download products that I cannot download from there?  This is a mess.

Anyway: there are still Poser files to download.

Under that "Don't have DazCentral?" thingie, there are the usual download buttons.

At the moment ALL downloads are called the Type DazStudio (even Bryce files LOL), but if you download the zip for manual install or install manager ready you get what you need.

Hello Everyone,

Just purchased and installed Alexandra 8 through Daz Central.

Product will not load in scene, Daz just hangs on 'reading asset'. Please help! This was an expensive purchase for me!

I used Daz Central

I have noticed that the JPG files are missing for those products. At least knowing that now I can replace the missing pictures, which make them show up properly. In one case the jpeg file was simply names wrongly.
