Genesis8 Issus when figure has big belly
Where is the pregnant morph from? A morph from a product here? You have it on Genesis 8 Female or Victoria 8 because your scene list shows Victoria.
Genesis8 Issus when figure has big bellyDuring posing on Genesis 8 figure with pregnant morph, I found an issue when bending Abdomen Upper and Abdomen Lower joints. As shown in the attached image, the belly becomes quite artifact. I think it may be the problem of skinning weight. The skinning weight may not fit for pregnant morph.
Is there any easy way to adress the issue? Or is there probability that the Genesis 9 figure in the future will get rid of this issue?

Several full body presets are included as well. Use them as a base for further adjustments or as they are.
Whether you want only subtle changes or more intense ones. It can be done with this product.
All morphs are dial controlled and can be individually dialed in and combined (also with morphs from other products) to get the results you want. You can just adjust the default Genesis 8 Male Base Character's body or also adjust other characters to make them more unique.
There are almost endless possibilities to adjust the body shape. In the promos we show some usage samples. All are created using the default Genesis 8 Male Base Character (without any other morphs used).

Sakura 8-chuckles - depends on what I am trying for. I usually run between 25 -75 %. Now the eyes..I am sorry but I have forgotten who has the morph Sakura Use Default eyes to correct the normal eyes to Sakura style.. Cade? Also you will find links to alot of 3rd party morphs on here for her/him. Yes I am saying him because there are male morphs as well. We actually need a pinned post with a list of everything in here truthfully. Sakura's eyes have always been my pet peeve here. Unlike Star 2.0's eyes they don't transfer for crap.
okay to give a quick example.. the female is Sakura 8 with other twitches but mainly 75% Sakura 8 with 25 % Yu
Now here comes the fun.. The male is G8M with 25% Sakura 8 and 75% Kenji 7 dialed in with other adjustments. Sakura uses her eyes but G8M uses the default eyes morph.
The "Sakura Use Default Eyes" morph is in the attachment on this post.
Novica & Forum Members Tips & Product Reviews Pt 11Jolie Hair (Gen 3F / Gen8F) Beauty Shop for Jolie Hair Romi (Gen3F) Savona Roma DM's Plaza Romantica
For Pix-Solaine Bramble, Blackberry, and Briar Plants (Daz Studio/Iray) Woodland White Flower Plants (Daz Studio)
Note- The ReadMe goes to a not found page, there's no Content Library Character icon so you have to go to the files, and the _ in the file name moves this "S" character down in the file names and not with any other "S" characters you have when looking in the Pixeluna folder.
When I saw the Savona Roma materials for the Romi outfit, it reminded me of the blackberries so Solaine is picking them. Her expression is, "Yes, I know what I'm doing. No, I won't get stuck." I always was amazed at how Nova could pluck blackberries off the stem from around his pasture, and not get pricked. Stetson merely gets them from the store as there's none in his pasture and they're a good treat for him.
I'm not sure I like the forehead hair line on the Jolina Hair. That one section which comes down further just doesn't appeal to me. I tried the scaling morph, etc, and it's properly fitted. You can also see in the promos that the hairline is varied (and should be) but I'm just not sold on one section of it which is on the forehead. For closeups I personally would do postwork to blend it a bit. Otherise, the hair is quite lovely and you get a lot of options.
1100 px so click to enlarge, click again. This did take 2 hours to render, so the vegetation may be a bit more intensive on slower machines. It did move at a steady pace though and it's a larger render.
SereneNight Freebie Poses for Genesis 3 Free for Commerical UseThe Spinoff Pose set for Carcrush is Daddies, featuring men and infants.
The pose is for Genesis Baby, G8M, and Sixus Baby with Rosie morph for G8F sold at rendo.. I added two infant poses in case you had the older figure. You will need a carrier for your infant, and some freebies like baby bottles and pacifiers. I used the baby carrier from poserworld since it doubles as a car seat.
Pink Baby is Genesis. Purple-Pink Baby is Rosie. They both load perfectly to fit the poser world carrier.

SereneNight's Sci-fi FunOkay, so now you have 2 daddies poses. 1 is for genesis baby, and the second for the Rosie morph for Sixus baby. Both are unique and made from scratch. I have updated the zip. The poses load just like the carrier does which is to one side for easy parenting. (No pun intended). Pink infant is genesis. Orchid Infant is Rosie. Genesis Will need to be reduced to 41 percent height since he loads oversized.

How To Make Nonhuman Head Morphs That Work With Poses/Expressions?Depending on what you do, how extreme the morph, you will use Adjust Rigging to Shape. If the morph is truly extreme, you will need to create JCMs (joint corrective morphs) or MCMs (morph corrective morphs). to assist in making things look and work right. Take a look through Josh's tutorials. Different Josh, this Josh works at Daz.
How To Make Nonhuman Head Morphs That Work With Poses/Expressions?Heya! I've been a long time Daz Studio user but now I want to take things to the next level by creating my own morphs for Genesis figures. I have ZBrush and I'm learning how to use that so that I can take the basic Genesis models and make some really cool custom creatures out of them, like what RawArt does.
Only thing is, I've run into a pretty huge snag. I haven't been able to find any tutorials on how to create nonhuman morphs in such a way that the vertices remain accurately in place so that expressions and other shape keys will still work once they're imported again. I don't know if there's a process for reassigning the vertices to key areas such as the edges of lips or ears, but I know that RawArt is able to keep all the vertices in the same relative position. However, when I use ZBrush and I'm creating something that has very alien looking ears, for example, I'll lose the original placement of those ears and then I know that future morphs and expressions won't work. However, RawArt's morphs still work, for example if I use his Croc character and dial up a smile expression, it will still look like a smile, but if I try to create my own reptilian character and import it as a morph, the shape keys won't line up.
I've been trying to find tutorials online for this but all I can find are related to making very simple face morphs for human characters. This is of course very easy because you can just gently sculpt the edges of the original Genesis models to change the shape while the vertices for the tip of the nose or ear, for example, are still there. Considering that lots of artists like RawArt, Josh Crockett, DarioFish, and TheAntFarm have been able to make very good nonhumans that still have the vertices in the right places for expressions and posing, what I am missing?
so if an animation is saved using genesis it works on Genesis 3So I got it figured out. Here's how you get Mixamo animations work with Genesis 8.
1) Download the desired animation as FBX from mixamo (I used Aiko 6 as fbx avatar)
2) Open up Daz3D
3) Import the FBX from mixamo
4) load up Genesis 1 figure
5) select the fbx imported avatar and create aniblock from imported fbx animation.
6) Copy it to genesis 1
7) delete the fbx import
8) Bake genesis 1 aniblock to timeline
9) Save as Pose Preset (make sure to chose Animation Range)
10) Open a new scene in Daz
11) Load up Genesis 8
12) Make sure you have this installed: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/176806/g3f-to-g8f-pose-helper
13) Apply G3F Pose Helper morph to 100%
14) Drag the .duf file on top of Genesis 8.
15) Be happy that you found an easy way to make G8 work with mixamo.
Doesn't help seeing that the link is dead for the most important file!
well I made one as I said, you put it in your drive:\My Library\Data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 8\Male\Morphs\-\Product or the female one, as a pose works on both and it will be a pose parameter like agent unawares one
Ahh sorry - shoulda read your response first.

Try the Agent Unawares Pose utility (see his/her signature above).

Genesis Figures into Carrara?Thank you, Bunyip. So kind of you to take the time to put the images together. I actually was following the steps you describe, but as you can see, compared to your choices, mine are pretty limited. Not sure why.
Any ideas on that appreciated. If I am really stuck, I can make my own pupil dilation, as it is a pretty simple morph.
With the Head selected, I do have a few more eye related morphs (second image).
How do you get Older hair to fit Genesis 1Ok so the hair is for A3 which is the problem, there is no A3 autofit clone for genesis to transfer without purchasing an additional product. You will need https://www.daz3d.com/a3-and-h3-shapes-for-genesis to get the clones. You might even want to consider the bundle for all gen3 characters.
I have all the iconic characters for genesis, 3 and 4, . I bought them on sale, since I planned on doing this 10 years ago but Daz ate all my save files. Then I lost everything in a system crash and forgot about Daz. Now im finally getting back with a brand new story and got brand new problems.

Katerina and Little Katerina for Genesis 3 and 8 Female Vs Katerina from RenderosityAs an FYI, if you've ever bought any product from Rendo, the download files and a link to the original product page will always be available in your item list in your account page, which can be further filtered down by the name of any artist, whether they're still selling at Renderosity or not. That's one of the handfull of things that I think Rendo does better than DAZ, where the product pages to discontinued items and vendors can often completely disappear.
IIRC, Anain & AkashaBloodriver (they're a mother and son team, btw) had just barely started producing products for Gen 8 when they left Rendo. I have thirteen that I bought over there... 8 by the pair and 5 by anain with other partners... and only one, the Little Beauties morph pack, was for G8F, so I'm really glad to see that the products from their old stores are starting to appear here and following the same pattern as Mousso's by being expanded to cover both G8 and G3.
Using ZBrush Core and DazRight, well scaling would affect the eyes -they are still trying to rotate around their original centres, but those are now below and beside them so they describe an arc rather than rotating. Edit>Figure>Rigging>Adjust Rigging to Shape, make sure the results work, then zero the pose and any other shaping - just leaving the morph and the joint adjustments - and right-click in the parametrs pane, select Edit Mode (if it isn't already checked), right-click on your morph's slider, ERC Freeze, make sure only joint adjustments (centre adn endpoint) are listed in the lower section, and click Accept - that links the adjusted centres to your morph, so that they kick in automatically..
