  Yes you can submit a support ticket and ask. Daz_Jon isn't part of CS which is who you will need to talk to.

  Hmmm.  I know they are all buy running around putting out fires but no response except the automated one.

  It took about 36 hours for my request ticket to be fulfilled so since it is the weekend you probably wont hear anything until at least Monday.

  Its been taken care of many thanks.  I figured they were pretty busy anyway at the moment.
