Does this one - Borgia Opulent Hall - include 3Dlight materials?

Here's development thread on it...

Originally it only had 3DL materials, but if you read the thread further down the PA posts iRay images, and states that he has updated the materials to use iRay. Also in the description it does state "This product uses Iray Materials in Daz Studio". My guess is that it only has iRay and Poser shaders built in.
Did anyone get the product and may confirm if there are only iRay materials or if there's 3Delight ditto too?
I just ran across this post. Borgia Hall only has 3Dlight and Poser materials. I think this was released before Iray was available. I have it on my list of things to update so maybe sometime I will get to it.
Sorry for sure a late post.
For those stumbling upon this thread, there's an Iray add-on you can pick up by itself or with the courtyard bundle:

I bought the opulent courtyard bundle on sale last year and it does have Iray materials. The bundle also adds 3 additional texture packs for the hall interior which make it look much different and which I highly recommend. There are a few textures I have used other shaders on to improve their look (my personal taste--there is nothing wrong with the textures that come with the pack), but the whole thing looks pretty good right out of the box. I have used the scene for a couple projects and it renders pretty nicely so go ahead and pick it up if it comes up on sale again.
