Sea Nymph Hair; missing morph files? Anyone have this hair?

I bought Sea Nymph Hair ( http://www.daz3d.com/sea-nymph-hair)  probably back sometime during this last PA sale and had a need for it in a new render over the weekend. Anyway, after loading up the hair and placing it on the individual, I went to do some adjustments and can't find any of the shaping/styling morphs anywhere, and I mean nowhere. It says that it has them. I looked everywhere I could think of. Finally I looked in the hairs directory iteself thinking maybe it's one of those hairs that don't have the slider morphs but preset morphs instead,......nope nothing there either. Thinking of filing a support ticket but wanted to make sure somehow I'm not having a brain hickup here, and thought I'd ask some of the good people here first who may have the hair and some experience with it.

Select the hair and look under the parameters tab. It's nested directly under "Sea Nymph Hair". I have separate entries for "Fixes & Adjustments", "Movement", and "Style".

Awesome hair, BTW - I use it all the time.

Thats exactly what I mean, I usually find the morph there. Theres nada, nothing. Nor is there anything under the other tabs, shaping, posing.

That's weird. There should be an "Actor" in there, too. I don't know what's going on HorusRa - sorry I can't be more help!

Uninstalled, re-downloaded, reinstalled and same thing. I thought maybe this is one of those hairs that have styling/shaping preset morphs instead of sliders, but theres none of those either. Support ticket submitted.

Have you tried selecting the head bone of the hair?  Sometimes they get hidden there on older hairs.

For some hair you won't find the morphs when you select the whole hair model, you have to select the "Head" (or sometimes "Neck") part of the hair in the scene tab first.

Are you using the Genesis or the V4 version of the hair?  Some of Valea's V4 hairs had a separate morph injection required, which you'll find with the material poses

(I don't have the V4 version installed, or I'd check)

There's the head bone.. if you're using the V4 version the morphs are most likely hidden in there.

This is the Genesis version of the hair she made next going by her product catalog, I don't have the Nymph hair but they should be set up the same, for this one the morphs are in the root.

For the Genesis verion the morphs (Fixes & Adjustments, Movement and Style) are on the root of the model in the Parameters tab, on the V4 version the morphs (Fits, Style, Movement and Fixes)) are 'attached' to the Neck bone of the hair.

I want to thank each of you for your help, it's much quicker this way than replying to each comment.

Fisty: I was wrong, after looking at your screen-shot, I guess I did know what you meant after all. However nothing was there, as I had seen the head, neck, etc entries before.
SimonJM: there ya go, thats it, that's where they were at. Thank you so much. I would have never known that morphs would have been tucked away in a non-assumng spot like that. Now I know for the future.

Again, thank you all for the help. smiley

Gald you found them.  I can't recall the amount of times I have re-used a product and, for no real reason, delved down the bone structure and found morphs or valid movement controls! ;)

I just saw that there was a notification on this thread.
     First:
    SimonJM: yes

    second:
Fisty, I owe you credit. I just realized you did mention the head/neck nodes, and I made a over-sight of your mention of them. My comment to yours must have been confusing, Lol. Yes, both of you were right the morphs were in the neck node of the hair.

It went well enough and the render has been done since the 28th of last month, in my gallery, named 'Phatasmagoria 1.' Not a perfect scene, but hey, I'm trying. Haha. smiley
