Will Genesis Take Gen 2 or 3 poses?

I don't think Genesis 3 Poses work on Genesis, but I seem to have had some Genesis 2 pose packs work, and others not. I'm very interested in buying the Superhero Poses pack, but Genesis is still my primary figure. :( I'm sad I can't seem to use so many new things for Genesis 1. Does anyone know if these particular poses will work for Genesis? (For example, an "Aim & Shoot" pose pack I bought will not work on Genesis 1, even though they're for Genesis 2... but I have 2 other pose packs that DO work for Genesis 1, though were made for Gen 2).

The limits on many of Genesis's joint are much less than the are on the Genesis 2s and 3s so that will effect how they translate. When working with human shapes with Genesis the limits can be increased a little.
Pose Builder is helpful for mixing and matching poses between Genesis, G2M, and G2F. Also look at Handy Dandy for using poses between Genesis and Genesis 2 that apply, but mess up the hands or feet. It also works when applying V4 poses to those figures.
In my experience any pose with any significant back movement looks very different in Genesis 3 compared to 1 and 2, due to the extra torso bones that genesis 3 has. Poses that are mostly arm and leg movement, the differences are less.
Since I use pose presets as a starting point I have never been bothered by the bits that are off and I almost always need to completely start over with the hands. I guess it all comes down to how much extra work you are willing to do to rate whether the differences are close enough.
I just want to know if anyone has this pose pack, I guess, and if the poses can be applied without DAZ throwing up an error. I always do adjustments after.
