Problem extracting HDRI files

I seem to be having a problem recently extracting files from .zips I've downloaded from my Product Library, but it only seems to happen for HDRI products I've bought. I get errors like: 0x80004005:Unspecified Error, and it doesn't extract some of the files.
Has anyone elsecome across this?

What are you using to extract - DIM, the built-in zip tool from your OS, or a standalone archive manager?
Hi Richard, I'm downloading the zip to extract manually, not DIM.
Yes, but what archive manager?
What Antivirus/security software?
Are you using any download managers at all? (Not DIM but a third-party one, not the one built into your browser.)
I'm using straight forward browser download, Windows 7, I have McAfee but never experienced this with other downloads/zips - it only seems to happen to recent HDRI products I've bought, nothing else.
Zip files can be corrupted, though it happens very seldom, even less so when the packer also runs a CRC-check after packing (actually unpacking the freshly packed files into memory and compares the CRCs). First try is to download the product again. Something could have happened over the network. There is PKZIP (https://www.pkware.com/software/pkzip/) that can sometimes repair a corrupted file. I use Total Commander to zip und unzip (http://www.ghisler.com/) and if the package is corrupt, it can still extract the files that are not corrupt.
Hi Horo, I did try downloading again but am getting the same thing. With the previous product I had problems with I had to move the zip location (which normally isn't required) and eventually was able to extract, but that's not working this time either. A bit stumped why it's just products with hdr files. I've just extracted a different product (clothing) with no problems whatsoever.
This is strange, Eva. I would ask Daz to check the product. After all, you got it from here.
Yeah, might have to.
If you have another machine, try downloading them to a USB stick drive and extracting them on the other machine. If that gives the same error, try downloading them on the other machine and transferring them with the stick drive to the render machine.
Some folks run "background" processes like Internet Download Manager, which has been known to cause this sort of thing. Also, unpack the file somewhere inside your (My) Documents folder, where you are sure to have full rights. The fact that it happens with some zips and not others is not always telling, as there are many compression programs out there, and they are not guaranteed to produce exact results.
This is one of the most frustrating zip errors to track down...because there are a large number of causes and a large number of variables that contribute to it.
I've submitted a help ticket now - I tried more than one unzipper program, more than one browser to download, and even tried downloading to different locations. Nothing worked. If I get a solution I'll post it here in case it helps someone else in the future.
If you have the possibility to contact the PA directly, this could be helpful and probably swifter.
Update - I never found out what was causing the problem. I was able to get the files again though via the help desk and for some reason I could install okay.
