Hoping somebody knows this. Which set, if any, are the Parkside train tracks (shown in all the train products) included? Thanks.

Parkside Passenger Car ( http://www.daz3d.com/parkside-passenger-car ) has a section of straight track.

Thank you! And I own it apparently, which explains why it didn't show when I searched. :)

  • Man, that set pissed me off! The modeling is top notch, but the rigging was just plain lazy. I can understand the complexity of getting the wheels on the trucks/bogeys to rotate, but seriously, not being able to pivot them is just wrong!

Fortunately, I have Carrara and was able to strip out the original rig and replace it with my own, and weight paint the mesh to allow the wheels to spin as well. The pisser is all the time I had to take to get it to function properly.

I'm finding that a lot with the new meshes, even among the top rated PAs. I'm not even talking about complex rigging. Chairs that pivot, doors opening, etc. The Artist's Nook; a great little set, but the desk lamp isn't rigged, nor is the drawing table. I replaced the lamp with a very old freebie. If someone can take the time to rig a freebie, why can't a PA?

We had recieved the sci-fi science outpost as a freebie not long ago and it looked like a pretty good set so I picked up the outpost props package for it which furnished the building.

I just started using it the other day and was saddened to find that in all the dressers and cupboards, none of them open/close :(

I had to go into the geometry editor and hide the door for a drawer, thencreate a primitive cube and texture it to look like the drawer was pulled out.
