"Extra 7% off on gift cards" not working

Banner says buy 2 new releases over a dollar and put a gift certificate in the cart at the same time and get an extra 7% off. Well it's not working. I've got full punches so I get my 10% off, but not the extra 7 percent! I even tried adding more new items to the cart and still no luck.  Wrong discount. Very frustrating :/

    What items are you using? Two of today's new releases, i.e. only the items released today, are required to trigger the discount.

    It's working for me - the new items do, I think, need to be today's new items not just anything with a new tag as is sometimes the case.

    many faces of nelly, sci fi corridor, curvaceous poses for olympia. still only 10%. they are all the newest releases

    Nelly and Curvaceous Poses are Saturday's new releases, not Sunday's new releases. They don't qualify.

    I bought 2 of todays new releases (Chinese Garden and i13 Road Trip poses) and got the additional 7% discount on top of the 10% discount for 5 punches. 

    If it only applies to today's new releases, then the link it misleading.  It takes you to a page showing all the new releases, not just todays.

    It worked for me on Thursday (for the extra 5% on GCs) BUT there is a problem because the two usual codes sent by DAZ both tell that the GC value is $0.00 when I check their status. One of them should allow me to redeem my GC but it is not the case. I have immediately submitted a request to the store Dept but of course I am still waiting for a reply since it was the Christmas weekend (even if the issue occured on Christmas Eve...).

    Since I wanted to buy different things during the weekend I just had to purchase them and to pay again even if I have a GC that I am still unable to redeem...

    It is very annoying (and I am kind when I just say that it is annoying) because it is the third time that this happens when I buy a GC!

    Of course I have not tried to buy a new GC with the 7% bonus because the other one is still pending because of the GC code system error...

    The way it was worded in the newsletter compared to the site was misleading so instead of spending money on stuff I didn;t want /need at the moment I kept my money in  my pocket as all these items will be on sale again in the future and I cetainly don't need them today on a sale that is totally misleading. The sales are so frustrating in how they work that I just don't buy unless it is pretty straight forward and I certaintly don't spend on what I don't want to try to save on what I do want , these items will all be in better sales down the road
