Daz Content Service Missing

Trying to get back into the swing of things.  I upgraded everything from Install Manager and then while working my Content Library Tab went missing.  It was working fine.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled.   I don't see the Content Service running however or the Content folder.  Attached is a screenshot.  I've been searching the forums and so forth but not having much luck so far.

    The old, always-on, Valentina engine has been replaced with PostgreSQL which runs, as a standard task rather than a service, only when DS or DIM are running.

    Thanks.  I've been at work all day.   I did install PostgreSQL this morning but didn't realize that the service wouldn't be there.  At any rate, I did more searching and discovered that changing the layout brought everything back.   So everything is there.  I couldn't see how it could not have been but it jusst wasn't displaying.  This has happened a couple of times now but at least I know a work around.
