    Wow! So the answers that are coming ... This image of people making snowmen and throwing some snow in others, is just tv commercials ... Propaganda ... and not the current reality ... Honestly, I grew up living Christmases in great heat or summer rains, imagining that the rest of the world lived this date, covered in snow ... When I was a kid, I could not understand why Santa, drank coca cola, despite being in a very cold place and full of snow, always asked: because it does not take a hot coffee or tea to warm the body ...

    Despite living near Buffalo, NY where last year at this time we were buried in over 7 feet of snow, this year we also only see snow on TV.  And the forcast is for warm weather until mid-January.

    Woke up to a white out here (New Mexico), so wee definitely had a White Christmas. The sun is out now, but only 32 degrees (F), however some snow has melted. My mom in Colorado has about 24 in. of snow on the ground. So many people are having a White Christmas (not good for travel though).

    Merry Christmas everyone!

    It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas. Cold and cloudy here today. Maybe we will get some snow in the Southern California desert :)
