Favorites gone

Slowly but surely I could puck. All favorited shape and pose morphs are gone again and are not longer under favorites when loading the scene with G3F and again it is not possible to add them new to favorites and have them under favorites after reopen the saved scene (saved with morphs added to favorites). And now I can start from scratch with a new G3F and have to fix all the paremeter settings new. Realy great. And the DAZ Support Team is also no help. Have written them this problem more than once and until now they have no clue.

    This is the fourth or fifth time this happend and to get it work again (add morphs to favorites and have them under favorites after reopen the scene) it is necessary to start from scratch with a brand new G3F figure. I do not get it. If I add a morph to favorites, save the scene and reopen the scene the morph is not under favorites right now. I have to load G3F new and only with a new G3F it works again. The thing is I have edited so much parameter settings that I have to spend ours to get it all done again. Really great. Can someone explain me why I can`t add morphs to favorites and have them under favorites after reopen the scene with my "old" AVA G3F figure???

    Right now it is so:

    1. Loading the "AVA" scene

    2. All morphs added to favorites are no longer under favorites (until yesterday they all were under favorites, have no clue why they are no longer under favorites)

    3. I add them new to favorites and they are under favorites.

    4. I save the scene

    5. I close the scene

    6. I load the scene again

    7. The morphs added new to favorites are not under favorites

    If I load a new G3F figure and add morphs to favorites and save the scene and reopen the scene the morphs are under favorites.

    Where the hell is the difference??????????

    I am curious, where is the 'favorites' section/tab/button?
