Question about Buzzed Hair by Hellboy

This looks extra super awesome and possibly like a long-sought digital representation of my own hair after it's grown out for a few weeks...but I need to know one thing. I can't really figure this out from the promos. Is there an option to make this hairstyle have the same length of hair over the entire scalp [forehead and nape of neck included]? Any more information would be great.

It is designed to gradually go longer to the top, but there is an option to get the short length uniformly over the entire scalp, like in this image:

The texture would be Sisterhood by Alfa Seed, unfortunately I think it`s gone now. I can only hope they release it again someday because it`s a very nice, sci-fi, warrior type of texture. The character is a mix between Victoria 5 and Mavka.
