Recreate Daz Auto Light

Is anyone aware of a way to recreate the Default Auto light, or know the settings for the auto light? I would like to create a light similar to the autolight, so I can reposition it.

    In 4.8 and later you can turn the headlight on even when there are other lights in the scene - either as an option in the Camera parameters or globally (for that scene) in Render Settings (AutoHeadlamp in the General group).

    And it has offset controls, too.
