Disabling highlighting of objects in Studio? (solved)

I know that you can disable the outline on selected surfaces through the Tool Properties menu, but was there ever a way to disable the overlay color when an object is selected or passed over? That can drive a person crazy when working on an interior scene.
I also know that if you mark an object as non-selectable, the overlay doesn't appear. However, when you're working with a large and complex interior, disabling dozens of objects can be just as much trouble. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Change the Draw Style setting under Node Highlighting in the Draw Settings pane.

Yes, it's new. Before that the option was in Tool Settings.
