Transparent background with shadows. (Iray)

I've looked on so many places on the internet but couldn't find the answer to this question. Basically what I'm trying to do is to make a transparent background with a transparent floor which is casting a shadow. Then this image saved as a .PNG and then importing it into Photoshop for further compositing with a custom background.

If anyone has used Blender Cycles, the image shows what I mean.

    Sorry can't see your image - but if you want shadows and no background or floor in iray you need Draw Ground set to ON and Draw Dome set to OFF, and then when rendered save image as a png.

    Thanks man. I tried once doing what you said but I guess I saved it as a .JPG that's why it saved with black background.
