How to make the Viewport Bigger? Scratching my head...

This used to be very simple - and now... I cannot figure it out for the life of me. Please... my viewport is now 16:9 - it's driving me nuts. I want it bigger. HOW? I used to know DS inside and out, well - that's a bit exasgerated, but I knew how to customize everything. Now... something so simple as this viewport has me stumped.

    Finally found it... was in render settings, ASPECT RATIO... (Global) .... putting this answer here just incase anyone has a DUH moment like me.
