  http://www.daz3d.com/genesis-2-female-head-morphs has a 'pupil slit' morph, http://www.daz3d.com/creature-creator-for-genesis-2-female-s has a 'cat eyes' morph.

  With both, you don't need a specific cat eye map, you can use any eyes you want.

  I'm not sure what 'compatible Victoria 4 with Genesis 2 females' means. It's a Genesis 2 Female product. There's also a Genesis version.

   

  If you mean 'will it also work with V4,' then no, unless you have GenX2 and can transfer morphs between generations.
