Coupons not valid? Why?

I have the bundle for 9.95 plus some other PC+ items in my cart and dungeon holding from fast grab in my cart...the regular price of dungeon holding is 22.95 on sale for 6.89. Seeing it's regular price is over 18.00,not a new item shouldn't the coupon work on it?  I am sure I have bought other items that were regular price 18.95 and on sale and the coupon worked on that item. Any insight on this would be welcome

    No the final total has to be over $18 after any other discounts

    Ok thanks, I guess I had other items before also in the cart and then the coupon did work
