How do I fix a database error?

I am getting the following error when I try to load a previously saved scene which was working properly ...

2026-03-03 20:18:23.411 [WARNING] :: ..\..\..\..\..\src\dzpostgresqlobjectdatabase.cpp(37): db insert error: ERROR:  invalid page in block 4284 of relation base/16384/16873

... I tried deleting the package and re-installing it both through DIM and manually. The problem is still happening. I even restarted my PC.

    You need pgAdmin to perform this.

    Does this prevent you from opening the scene? If not, ignore it.
    Otherwise I recommend to use the CMS Maintenance and backup user data, then reinitiate the CMS and reimport metadata,

    Some props are not properly displaying ...

    What exactly is CMS? Is there a link to describe how to do what you said? I have over two hundred pages of purchased props
