...with Oso3D having closed his store RawArt is the only one who's G9 characters interest me as they can stand on their own without a lot of other add on or support content.

Great idea!  I need to get DS up and running first.

    Awww Thank you :)

I just love making characters and hope I can do it..well...forever

It is sad to see so many creature character makers leave the industry, Josh Crockett, Jow Quick and now Oso. It is always nice to have others commiserate with over how much of a pain making these kinds of creatures are LOL

    Great. Please post your renders.

RawArt has so many great characters, that is worth to use it in the renders.

This is an ai drawn image based on an alien baby I dreamt last night. Wonder if Raw can use this idea for Genesis 9?

@RawArt I'm fascinated by your creativity and skill in creating all those beautiful characters.
I was really impressed by "BlutStone for G9", so I decided to make a rendering of him.
Even though I completely changed his environment, I still think it's magnificent, and I hope you appreciate it too... :)

I'm posting the link to My Gallery because I don't know how to put the image here.

It's always a good day when there's a RawArt character added to the store, and I can always tell right away since they're so distinctive. It makes the decision MUCH easier when it's one of those "buy a new to get 50% off whole cart" kind of days.

There don't seem to be many other active creators putting out non-human characters, and certainly none as frequently, which is a shame because it's the most valuable content to my projects. I really don't need any more 25 year old underwear models.

Nice use for Blutstone...I like it.

It is a shame there are not more creature creators right now....I am trying not dissappear like the others, thats why I have so many releases ;)

@RawArt, I’ve been following your work for a long time and it’s actually one of the things that pushed me to start learning some of the technical side myself. I mostly work with Aiko3 and Hiro3, so if I wanted certain morphs or anatomy, they just don't exist.

Seeing artists like you build those kinds of characters made me realize how much work goes into it behind the scenes — modeling, rigging, textures, all of it. I’ve been experimenting with trying to build some of those things myself lately, and it definitely gave me a lot more appreciation for how much effort goes into your products.

So I just wanted to say your work has been genuinely inspiring for me from a creator perspective.

RAWART is peerless on the original creatures in Daz world IMHO.

Ok, so there's no way I can see a RawArt appreciation post and not contribute something ^_^  I ADORE his characters, I have so many, they are some of my favorite Daz products.  I hope it's ok if I spam some of my RawArt-creature-featuring artwork here, I promise I chose just a small selection from the MANY that I have had the pleasure to make!  His Royal Eastern 2 dragon just by itself is in a ton of my stuff, it is contantly inspiring new renders.

    Thanks, RawArt, I'm a big fan ^_^

Thanx again....I am glad that I can help to inspire product creators as well as artists. :)

Hmm.  How many RawArt prodducts do I own...?  A quick look at the store with the RawArt store selected along with Only Show Owned selected says... 481.  Um, yeah, that's a goodly few, though I think I actually have a few retired oldies in the library that are no longer showing on the store page, like the Triclops (pulled because it requires the no longer available Four Arms add-on), and weren't there some at Renderosity... yep, there one over there, and then there's a DAZ Os or two that I think started off as actually RawArt originals as well...

Well, yeah, so, that's a lot, however m,any it actually adds up to.  Guess I must like his stuff a little bit. wink

How can one find number of products bought from the certain artist (PA)?
For example on the web page:
    https://www.daz3d.com/rawart
with the checkmark on "Hide Items I Own" it is listed:
299 of 531 items, so it looks like I have bought 232 products of RawArt.

It would be great if there will be an option to "Show Items I Own" as well.

If you have the DAZ Deals browser add-on there actually IS a Show Items I Own button.  That said, selecting that option will still only display items that are still active in the store, and over the course of time many artists may retire older items from their DAZ store, sell items off to DAZ to become DAZ originals wherap[on their names may be removed, leave the store entirely, or have individual items pulled from their stores for other reasons, such as temporary freebies or products that relied upon a no longer available resource, as I noted above with RawArt's Triclops.  As a result, while you still own and can use those items, the only place they will be included in an easy to read list are your in own product library in your DAZ account section and on DIM, and while both of those can be sorted in a limited fashion, neither has a display by vendor option, so the only easy way way to pull to a complete listing is if all of those products happen have has a distinctive prefix... which, while it is something that many PAs eventually adopt, is usually not true of all of their items. Worse yet, DAZ has the truly inane policy of deleting the Product Read Me pages for no longer sold products from their wiki/Product Documentation section, and even many products that ARE still being sold never received full read me pages to begin with, so there's no way to use the DAZ wiki and Product Read me section as any kind of dependable guide.

By comparison, the far more user friendly Renderosity store never deletes an item from their store listing, and instead merely hides retired items from the active store area.  As a result, one can go to one's account page there, and select the My Items option, where there is a convenient "sort by vendors" option that will produce of a list of all the products you have purchased by the name of any vendor that ever sold within their store... and I specify "purchased" as some products that you were gifted or may have won as part of some promotions may only show up in the "gifts" section.
