What kind of Hairstyle and 'Sidecut' tattoo is this? Not the front tribal tattoo, the side tattoo. Is both the hairstyle and side tattoo or scar available for Daz?

That product is only the shortest part of the hair (the shaved scalp and designs).
The top part (the longer part of the hair that isn't shaved) looks like it's from this one:
