Bought A Product, Doesn't Appear In Daz Studio

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

I bought Sci Fi Exam Room V2 for Daz Studio. I just went to try and use it, but it's not in my libary anywhere when I search for it. There was a similar product called Sci Fi Exam Room that I hadn't used in ages that appeared, so I went into Install Manager. Both products appeared under my Installed tab in Install Manager. I reinstalled V2, however it didn't show up. So I went in and unistalled the Sci Fi Exam Room and V2, then reinstalled only V2. However, it still doesn't appear. What do I have to do so I can use the product I paid for?

    Where are you looking? If you go to the Content Library pane and look under daz Studio Formats>[your content diirectory name]>Environments>Sci-fi Exam Room are the files there and loadable?

    I have it.

    Categorization is wrong, and it ends up in Lost and Found.

    Okay, I found it there, but how do I get it over to the Smart Content tab where it's more convinent to use?

    When you have found it, right-click the icon and select Categorize, and chosse a categori of your liking (intended: Default > Environment)

    You can select several icons at once with holding Shift or Ctrl while clicking the other. Shift will select all in between, while Ctrl will just select the one you click on.

    Today I brought XI Japanese bath and when I look into one of my old scene files It has seem I re brought it? I know that sound strange but it what had happen to me for real, and I'm just confused?

    You an also drag the file across from the Content Library to Smart Content andd rop it in the desied category, then (if prompted) tell it what kind of file it is (Scene, Character, presets of soem kind). If there is something seelcted in the scene when you do that the thing t=you draged across will be set sa compatible with the thing selected - so load the base prop, seelct it, and drag its presets across.

    Okay, it worked apparently until I bought a product called Alien Exam Room.
    Then it disappeared completely. Tried uninstalling Alien Exam Room, uninstalling and reinstalling Sci Fi Exam Room V2, but no dice.
    When I try opening Sci Fi Exam Room V2 from the Install Manager, all I get is the error message in the attached image.
