  These two sets are not ideal but the closest I could find to that and they are warehouses.

  You might need to use shaders and props to clean them up and get them to where you want them, unless you can find something built to order.

  My memories of movie sets are dated from the late 1950s/1960s when some were being closed down and I had a chance to walk through them with my father and his friends. My impression at that time they were more like aircraft hangars/warehouses. I expect those you show were built for a modern industry, not scrounged up during the 1920/30s at the start of 'talking' pictures.

  A studio lot is just a lot of big square buildings (soundstages), a warehouse or two (props/wardrobe storage), a workshop (metal and wood working), a big sewing room, offices, and a gated parking lot. I think the real issue would be that it is enormous for a single shop asset. A soundstage building might be cool, because you need a lot of raised platforms for lighting and rigging.

  And of course, you need cameras on dollies, booms for holding microphones, three walled sets, props, and so on. Repurposing some modern warehouses would probably work.
