Coupon not working?

I ordered https://www.daz3d.com/christmas-in-the-suburbs set which has long been on my wishlist. List price is $33. Item landed in my cart for half that amount, since there is a half-off sale, store-wide today.

I then entered the BONUS-WISH coupon which was rejected, so I didn't get the 40% promised:  "Extra 40% off* up to 20 from your Wishlish". The little star has qualifications, none of which apply to me.

In addition, I am a member, so I should get another 30% discount, I think.

Does anyone know why I am only getting the fifty pct? Should I be getting a price of 50%*(1-40%)*(1-30%) = 21% of list price?

Really annoying. It isn't like any of us really need what is on sale here, so Daz should be making sure the purchase is frictionless.

That product is not part of the "store wide insanity" selection the coupon works on (you can access that selection using the "view all items" button).

And no, being a Daz+ member won't give you an extra discount on that item as it's not a Daz Original.

Thanks for responding. The webpage says:

"50% off Store-Wide. Extra 40% off* up to 20 from your Wishlist with code BONUS-WISH".
It says nothing about "store-wide insanity" and besides, doesn't "store-wide" mean "everything"?

its a very strange sale...it is NOT store wide, that's for sure... Some items get the discount with coupon, a lot don;t. I'm not sure what the deal really is. I think mostly the products need to come from the one category, and whatever wishlist items are within it, but I have 2 items that are not in that listing that are getting the discount. Its a seriously messed up sale.

There's a button to view all items it works on, and the name of the category it links to is "store wide insanity".

"Store-wide" offers usually don't include items which are still considered "new" (ie items released less than 60 days ago), which is likely why that item is not in the category.

I am running into this problem myself and it says NOTHING about the item in your wishlist having to be part of the "store-wide" sale as being a requirement.   That isn't right.

I've been shopping here for so long that I actually understood the adcopy. I remember being frustrated by Dazese.

No, the sale was just ommitting a lot of items.  I had 360-ish items in my withlist, of which around 60-ish were new items.  Despite that, less than a hundred of my wishlist items were in the sale.
