I think this is one of the most beautiful portraits ever.  I found it on Daz 3D - How to Create the Perfect 3D Scene Lighting while looking for creating great lighting. 

The sleeves are from dForce Magical Charm Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s.)

Circlet from Aradia for G3 and G8 Females with Bonus Jewels by Rhiannon

Perhaps I overlooked the body chains, however I have looked on Poser Content which is very reliable.  

The body chains are the only ones I have seen with little bobbles hanging.  

Oh, also, please help with identifying her ear cuffs :)

    Here is what you need:

    Elven Adornment | Daz 3D using earcuffs 1.

    dForce Priestess of Light Outift for Genesis 8 Female(s) | Daz 3D for the Arm Chains.

    LuneChains for G3F 3D Figure Assets spows for the belly chains... Remove or Hide the Geometry for the Upper part (ie connecting to the top 3 gems)

    I'm beginning to think we have similar taste in styles lol.

    I also recommend tagging their Presets with Earcuffs and Chains,Bodychains when you get them, so you can easily find them later ;)

    I have searched far and wide...Daz3d, Rendo, Renderhub, Poser Content and plain old Google :)

    I do that before I EVER ask a question.

    I actually install everything manually.  I have all of my body jewelry under Genesis/Accessories/Jewelry/Body Jewelry

    I have started a large picture project.  Just pictures of what I own.  If one outfit has earrings, shoes, sleeves, I have separate folders for those things.  I have purchased things that were so alike :(

    This project is taking forever because I even have it for Victoria 4 LOL

    I hope you have art in the gallery!  I am going to try to find your work!!
