it's been cold here this week... a drop from the last week, from 32c to 14c ... wacky weather!

I don't think we are in line for any hot weather for a while, I think it will miss us..  cool

New Year's Eve climbs to 32c here, drops down to 28c on New Years Day.

  • wsterdanwsterdan Posts: 3,072

Looks like it's going to be -24°C on New Year's Eve, but climbing to a balmy -15°C on New Year's Day, so same old same old.

  • same old same cold, by the sound of it.

    Wow! Gorgeous!

But I was told, "Don't pay the ferryman until he gets you to the other side". This guy doesn't have an oar...

we call the punts on the Murray river ferries and they are free

but then again it's not the Styx

that would make a lovely fantasy elf boat too

In the rolling mist then he gets on board
Now there'll be no turning back
Beware that hooded old man at the rudder

I was thinking of what to model whilst listening to 'First we take Manhatten then we'll take Berlin' and this was the only thing that come to mind... wacky hey! laugh
