It was Christmas night, and Claudia couldn't sleep. Thirsty, she got up for a glass of water. But before she reached the kitchen, she saw Santa Claus sitting on the living room couch, eating the cookies she had left him. Santa didn't seem the least bit worried about being discovered. In fact, he invited her to sit next to him. Every year, some children saw him. It wasn't a problem. Those children, once they grew up, would rationalize the memory of that night and convince themselves it had been a dream.

He Made Such A Clatter
Santa was quietly enjoying a freshly made chocolate chip cookie. Everything was peaceful, not a creature was stirring, etc. But then, something broke the silence - a VERY LOUD something! It seems Comet had smelled the cookies, and while trying to follow the scent, had tripped and fallen down the chimney. And to make matters worse, just then a little girl came into the room with a flashlight, half asleep and rubbing her eyes. Looks like Santa’s been spotted!!!
