did you try to copy the hips texture and paste it like I mentioned above? Did you try restarting DAZ Studio? Do you have Skype? If so, maybe you can share your screen with me and I can watch what you are doing
I can copy the diffuse texture from G2M to the seam cover in the Surfaces tab.

So if I want to save a pz2 file as a duf file, which ?catagory? am I suppose to choose when I save it? It's currently a pose file, but would the duf file be a material or a pose or something else. The file that I am trying to save is a skin texture for M4 that I want to apply to genesis 2.
Textures always need to be saved as material presets when going from .pz2 to .duf. The "pose" in that case is actually a material or MAT pose.

The autofit clone only works for conforming items.
Does Michael 4 not work with Genesis 2 male? I haven't used DAz in a while. Not since 4.5. Now I just installed 4.9 I have the Gen 2 male. I installed the M4 from DIM.. I want to load M4 and use a Gen 2 Centry outfit on him but it's not working. I know it has something to do with the M4 being a Poser format file. I don't remember it ever being like that. What can I do?
Genesis 2 Male products are not natively compatible with Michael 4 products
The Gen 2 Male with Bodybuilder turned up, is not big enough for what I want to do. I want the Freak.. Is there no Freak for Gen 2?
I want to put that Centry outfit on the Freak. Isn't the Freak a M4 character? The Gen 2 Bodybuilder isn't big enough and I'm not going for the Minataur look. Is there a way to get that outfit to fit the Freak?
Autofit won't put Gen 2 Male clothes on Freak 4.

I don't have the swole or massive shapes but I do have the Genesis 4 and Genesis 5 Legacy shapes so thought I'd post a comparison of their shapes. I placed Genesis 2 Male with just body builder shape applied in the middle with each marked above. (Note: The legacy shapes scale up to 141% when the shape is applied via shape tab with slider set at 100%.) I have scaled them down to 100% using genesis 2 size scale in parameters tab after appling each shape preset at 100% to give you move of an apples to apples comparison with the body builder shape.
Keep in mind with the legacy shapes you could even mix them with other things...even freak 4 and freak 5...heads can be dialed separate so you could even use body of one and head of the other. :)
For use Genesis 2 cloth with M4 there are 3 ways
1.- Buy SY clone to autofit G2M cloth to G1. Save as G1 asset.
2.- Use Evilinnocense XD4 to tranfer cloth from G1 to M4. A 10$ license for M4 conversion is needed.
3.- Making your own autofit form G2M to M4. See Katey thread.
