I would like to make a tribute piece to this with a character of mine (G8F) do you know of any Dforce vest that would work ?
I'm also interested in other parts of the outfits if you have any idea, thanks for reading !

No idea. I neither have the outfit nor I usually put G9 clothing on G8. There are MMX Clones that I know of that might help.

Aeon Soul shared a freebie, the Rosily Vest and a 'fantasy' texture pack that feels close to what you're looking for.
You can see the vest in this render, with a contemporary setting, and the same vest with a texture from the texture pack, in a fantasy setting, in this render. In both case, the vest is worn by Victoria 9, but the vest supports Genesis 8 and 9. How to get that vest is on Aeon Soul's website and you should find it easily by searching for it.
For the whatever is called in english what she's wearing around her waist, Kadis by Roguey and Strangefate has one piece of clothes that could work but they are likely plenty of products that could work too:

The cape from Kadis won't work: it's part of the shoulderpads and I don't think you can load it alone.
For the cape, the Marida Gown Outfit has one that look close to what you're looking for, at least around the neck but it's shorter (I don't have longer capes who are more on one shoulder than the other):

For the boots, the closest I can think about is the Late Medieval Boots by romarovprivate on Renderosity: they are not red, but there is a white material preset that should provide a good base to get red looking boots.
From Genesis 3, the Fantasy Barbarian Outfit has boots that could work and they should autofit without too much problem, so if you have it, I would try them before buying something else:

(In general, Genesis 3 has a lot of fantasy 'armors' barely covering anything, more than more recent Genesis figure I think, so if you have a Genesis 3 library, you could look at it to see if something could work, except for the cape because if you want to get your character to sit on it, you want dForce).

To prevent wardrobe malfunction in some poses where they should happen if it was not in a fantasy setting where the protective level offered by an armor worn by a woman is following an inverse square root law based on how little it's covering her body, it's possible, by adding a dForce Modifier Weight Node to the vest, to make the vest stick to the character's chest.

Yeah, I considered if I should add an option for holding it closed, but only as an option.
I could have made it as 2 wearable preset, one with a weightmap and one without.
Another way, was to make a dForce add-on holding the two sides together, but they could still move together. This would give a little more dynamic.
