How Do I Contact A Vendor?

I did a lot of promo work for sympatico studio some time ago.  I've lost a bunch of the runtime folders for the assets that were given to me to use in the promos (hard drive failure.  In the middle of backing everything up,  ).  I would like to continue to be able to use these assets as I did earn them, but can't figure out how to reach out to them here on Daz..  I have the assets, I just don't have the textures.

    If they don't have a forum presence, whjich would let you PM them, and if Sympatico Studio can't help then I am not sure what you could do - you could perhaps open a support ticket and ask if daz would be willing to pass your situation on, but it may well not be the kind of thing they would be able to get involved with.

    Thanks.  I wouldn't expect daz to get involved.  While many of the products are sold here, I didn't purchase them here so wouldn't expect they could do anything.  I'll have to see if I can track down sympatico.  Its been a fair bit of time lol.  Thanks for the help

    A quick peek at Sympatico Studios has a year has past since any DeviantArt post but they posted yesterday on their FaceBook page so that might be the fastest way to reach them.

    ^I've worked with them before and yes, their FB is a good place to reach them. They may even be able to contact the relevant PA through FB if they were using that to keep in touch before.
