Daw store not updated my purchases

Hi I am just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with the store updating the pages of the items they bought as purchased while having paid for them and having them in the download page?

    Is this for a specific order and/or product? If so you will probably want to raise a sales support ticket for that.

    In general terms I do sometimes have product pages incorrectly showing the green "Add to cart" button instead of the red "Purchased" button for items I have bought but I think that's just a caching issue and usually a reload of the page fixes it.

    Also, I have seen in the past a product where the DIM zip was missing from the purchased product page - those normally get fixed when they are reported. I have also sometimes had products that would fail to download in DIM after purchasing - but in all the recent issues these were fixed when I tried again the following day.

  • I am having the same issue. Virtually nothing I have bought through the Outlet Store or Bi-weekly Freebies since July is showing up as purchased when I re-visit the pages or look in the shop list of items for sale. The items are in my list of downloads. I have followed one as I deliberately put it in my cart and there was no indication at any point that I had already bought it, and I was going to be able to buy it again with no indication at any time from the DAZ shop that it was a repeat purchase. I now search my product download list for every new potential purchase. This is irritating, time consuming and puts me off buying. Thank you DAZ. Regards, Richard.
