Im having a problem with a v4 hair prop

So i bought this hair prop from daz store but it doesnt seem to work at all in daz studio? i assumed the poser formats can be converted somehow but when i tried to apply this hair to my genesis figures it just doesnt do anything, for gen2/gen 3 it gives me this v4 skullcap instead. not sure if DynamicHairConverter by Richard Kawecki is available anywhere since shareCG ended but that free program converted hr files to ribbons
I cannot find a Readme to see I can redistibute it
he does have a store at Renderosity and a free stuff page there too but this program isn't on it
