  National Historic Site for which country? There are many ruins which could be used for Roman artefacts, but without knowing the country it's difficult to help. Regards, Richard.

  Historic sites change over time, so it might be difficult to model one that would suit everyone interested.

  The site of the battle of Waterloo, for example, changed so much even during the lifetime of the Duke of Wellington that he complained that the site of his greatest victory had been altered out of all recognition.

  Okay I did a quick search of my promos (PAs A - F) of possible historical sites but folks from these countries would need to comment if their country would actually consider them accurate, if they exist today, or historic or even have a program that lables them in such a manner.

  What is historical is subjective. It might be due to an act, birthplace, age, the architechture, the period, who lived there, or events that occured. For societies that have millenia of history they might think Americans who think historical sites that are branded because they are from the 1900s is rediculous. As I said, it is subjective.
