Can you save more than one Dimension Preset?

Every time I try to save a new dimension preset in DAZ Studio, it overwrites the previous one. Can you only save one at a time, or do you need to do something to not overwrite the existing one? Thanks.

You are giving them distinct names?
Yes, whatever I name it, it replaces the existing one.
