Checkout refused to work during sale

First time buyer here on Daz. So far the experience has been poor. Can't contact or find out any real information about artists, almost like Daz are hiding something. And checkout didn't work during the cyber monday sale because of 502 bad gateway. I opened a ticket through their ai and another directly, but it's been almost 48hours without a response. I live 15 minutes from West Jordan (Daz's business address), they're practically my neighbor, so I'm inclined to think that my experience is not the norm.

Over multiple hours, I used three different browsers and attempted direct credit, amazon, and paypal on all three. My cart has since doubled in cost and my tokens are about to expire, which will further increase my costs.

Think Daz will honor the sale prices?

    Daz handles customer service for their vendors so that they can focus on creating content. That's why they don't provide a way to contact vendors directly. Some vendors choose to participate in the forums so you can contact them there, others don't. 
     

    Regarding your checkout problem, if you opened a ticket and provided details about what was in your cart then there's a chance they will honor the sale price. Daz support is usually very busy during big sales events so they will likely need more time than usual to answer.

    If you have screenshots of your cart, I would expect Daz to honour it.

    But honestly, I don't know if you actually can open a ticket through their ai.

    If you go to open tickets, is it then listed there?

  • Yeah. The ai shows ticket number #482859 and I received an email for ticket #482888 after directly contacting them. I do have an email "You have Items in your cart!" from Daz dated Nov 30th that shows the items in the cart.
