Have you checked the product page in your account - which would be something like https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_112956 - to see if there are diwnloads there 9assuming you are currently looking in Install Manager)?

  I have looked in my product library and in install manager. They don't show up in either place even though product library says I bought it. It's odd.

  May be an issue with the order - I would open a ticket, given that no one else seems to be adding a "me too" to indicate it is a product issue.
