  Did you look on the cart page and not just the quick preview cart dropdown when you add it? Sometimes that dropdown isn't accurate.

  I believe that the advent calendar offers are unique to each member and so that item will not be free for everyone. However, the situation is the same: if you look at the product page for the freebie you will see the common price, if you click the button in the offer page to add to your cart it will show the common price in the cart pop-up - however if you click on the actual cart page the price should adjust down to zero for your freebie.

  It can be a little confusing but not unusual for these things to work that way.

  My freebie never showed as free for me either, even in the cart. I don't remember what it was.

  It won't be free,  if you have both the free and the paid one in the cart.

  If it's not free even without the paid one in the cart, you could try what's described here::

  That must have been it, I actually bought the product with it, didn't know it was either/or, not both! ;)
