AoA Shader question - how to do high gloss / lip gloss?

Trying to go for a lip gloss but no matter how bright I make the specular map, there's not a 'high gloss' or 'sharp gloss' that I can achieve.
Is there a secret? Help :D

First make sure that there is no velvet strength (0%)...on the lip surface.
or dial down glossiness
makes the glosspoint larger
