Looking for a pose in particular

Yeah, after my PC crash in October, I bit the bullet and invested in a new PC, complete with NVidia GeForce RTX 5060 core Ultra7 265F and 32GB of Ram, 4TB SSD and an added 8TB HDD for backups.
I'm back at working on my "Graphic Novelette", but I'm stuck on this particular scene, during a Special Ops interrogation, the agent injects the arsonist in the neck with truth serum...I've looked in the DAZ store , for inject, injection, shot, vaccination, even stabbing, big fat goose egg!
Any suggestions of a pose set that would come close?

Might want to have a look at this too. SAMANT Bay Harbor Butcher_POSES @ Rendo. You would need the Props set to get the Syringe used in the pose though. SAMANT Bay Harbor Butcher_PROPS

Try "medical"? I know there are multiple sets out there with various hospital/clinical-themed poses (and props) that include an injection being given, though it's in the arm, not neck.
